A School Account is a shared subscription for your entire institution. It allows every student and teacher to access the digital books your school selects. Once your school subscribes, the admin sets up all teacher and student accounts so everyone can start reading right away.

Your school admin can add teachers and students by clicking Add Teacher or Add Student in the dashboard. Details can be entered individually or uploaded in bulk using separate Excel templates for teachers and students. Usernames and PIN codes are generated automatically and will be shared with the school to distribute manually to users.

No. All accounts created under your School Account are included in your school's subscription.

The School Account is a paid service. Pricing depends on the number of students, subscription duration, and books selected.

Pricing is determined by three factors — the number of students in your subscription, the subscription duration (30 to 365 days), and the books your school chooses. The minimum rate starts at PKR 20 per student per month.

Simply use the Customize Library tool on our platform to select the number of students and teachers, choose your subscription duration, and pick the books you want. You'll instantly see the total price before confirming your subscription.

We encourage full payment by offering a 10% discount, but if needed, you can also spread the payment into 3 installments.

You can choose any subscription period between 30 and 365 days. Before your subscription expires, your school admin will receive reminders. At renewal, you can keep all your current users, classrooms, and books — and also add or remove students, teachers, and books as needed.

A Virtual Classroom is a dedicated online space in the AlifLaila platform where teachers can group students, assign books, and track reading progress, just like in a real classroom.

Teachers create classrooms, add students from the school's user list, assign books, and monitor reading progress. The same book can be assigned to multiple classrooms at once.

Your library includes all the books purchased at the start of your subscription, plus any books you add later. Books not purchased remain locked until bought.

Yes. You can purchase additional titles at any time, and they will appear instantly in your School Library for all users.

Yes. Your school can upload its own PDF files to the platform. These will only be visible to your students and can be accessed for free.

Yes. Tuition centers can also subscribe to our School Module and enjoy the same features as schools.

Absolutely. NGOs and community libraries can use our platform to give children in their communities access to quality reading material.
